What this means
The most common contradiction when a tool is in use: the IP is in the US while the browser reports Asia/Shanghai. Websites use this to infer your real location. To make them agree, switch the time zone at the system level, or use a browser that spoofs the time zone along with the IP. A clock skew of a few minutes usually just means the system time is off.
